THE BRONX - A video created by Citi Wide Harm Reduction, an organization that specializes in helping the homeless and other people addicted to drugs, is sparking controversy in The Bronx.

In the video, a man is about to inject himself with a dirty needle, only to be welcomed inside the organization's door, where he's offered clean needles and condoms from Santa Claus.

The executive director of the nonprofit group, Robert Cordero, says, the video is supposed to be funny, while sparking conversation and digging into bigger issues at the same time.

The organization is creating another skit in March to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
