Heavy snow and ice caused a scaffolding to collapse on top of three cars in Olinville. 

It happed at the Parkside Houses on Adee Avenue at around 7 p.m. Wednesday. 

Residents say the scaffolding has been up for more than five years to shield people from loose bricks that fall from the building.
