THE BRONX - Students and teachers at a Bronx high school want to put the brakes on traffic troubles outside their school.

The Institute for Law and Public Policy wants a speed bump or sign installed at the intersection of Colgate and Story avenues to stop speeding cars.

The Department of Transportation says it is studying the intersection to determine if any improvements are needed.
