Schuan Reed says the same day her son was being held at the 42nd Precinct, she and Walker came to ask police what was happening and both were arrested. She claims she wasn't aggressive, but police insist the two became violent and tried attacking officers.
The court case is still in its early stages, but she's vowing to move forward with a lawsuit against the NYPD when it's over.
