THE BRONX - A nine-story building, housing mostly senior citizens, is in its seventh day of crisis in Woodlawn.

Because of the lack of power and heat, many residents left the building to stay with family.

Those with physical handicaps, or just no place to go, are still residing in the freezing building.

Houses and businesses on surrounding blocks off of Katonah Avenue also remain in the dark.
