THROGGS NECK - Seniors at Preston High School in Throggs Neck have created a video to help raise money to fix their school building.

The 200-year-old building's stained glass window, located in Mercedes Hall, needs to be repaired. As part of a video production class, some seniors have created a video to help raise the $30,000 needed to repair the window.

The video was posted on YouTube and sent out to alumni and parents. Students say they've already received feedback from supporters and donations are coming in.

Students say the window is iconic and helps define their school.
