Servando Pena accused of sexual activity, disorderly conduct at Orchard Beach

THE BRONX - Police say a man allegedly performed lewd acts at Orchard Beach.

Servando Pena is accused of touching and exposing himself to little girls on the beach. Police sources say that Pena has received two criminal court summonses for sexual activity and disorderly conduct.

He was not arrested because witnesses did not want to press charges.

Pena's next court date is Aug. 27.
