THE BRONX - Police are looking for the brazen thieves who managed to steal a large, colorful piano from Soundview Park.

According to the park’s Facebook page, the piano was taken overnight Saturday into Sunday, just one day after it was installed at Metcalf and Story avenues.

The instrument is among 88 other outdoor pianos installed citywide as part of the Third Annual Sing for Hope project, which aims to share the arts with everyone, and allow passersby to sit down and play music.

A replacement piano was brought in right away, and will remain in the park until June 15.
