THE BRONX - The dog who was found tied up and abused has been taken in temporarily by a loving family.

News 12 has learned that Snoopy is recovering well at a foster home in Long Island. There are several families interested in adopting Snoopy, but nothing can be made permanent until the ASPCA completes their investigation.

Snoopy was found tied up with bruises and scars all over his body inside a Taylor Avenue building elevator last week.
