THE BRONX - Businesses participating in the Throgs Neck Restaurant Week saw mostly empty tables Saturday as the borough was slammed with the year's first major snowstorm.

Leonel Terrazas, owner of Mama Puebla, says the day's business was a total loss.

The restaurant's manager says Mama Puebla will likely be closed Sunday, which is when the neighborhood’s very-first Restaurant Week wraps.

He says he hopes there won't be any snow next year to ensure his tables are filled.
