THE BRONX - Con Ed says some Bronx residents were still without power Monday following last week's severe snowstorm.

Workers for the utility tell News 12 that a combination of water and salt caused a cable supplying power to 2704 Decatur Ave. to break.

Residents of the building told News 12 late Monday that power had been restored.
