THE BRONX - Soundview Housing Complex residents say water from this week's rainstorms is now dripping into their apartments and causing damage, but relief may soon be on the way.

The New York City Housing Authority says it has contractors at the site and that workers are pumping water off of the roof trough to hopefully stop the dripping.

The housing authority also says it recognizes that flooding is the root of the problem and that every roof in the development will be replaced.
