Soundview tenants want decrepit apartments fixed

to the New York City Housing Authority and the building's management company have not yet been returned.

SOUNDVIEW - Residents of a Soundview building say they're fed up with leaky ceilings that now have icicles protruding from them because of the bitter-cold blast that hit The Bronx.

"They need to come and fix it!" says Cynthia White, who lives at 710 Noble Ave. "Just at least come and speak to the tenants."

White says leaking water from the apartment above led the ceiling to collapse.

Calls by News 12 The Bronx - to the New York City Housing Authority and the building's management company have not yet been returned.
