It’s a bumpy ride for drivers in the South Bronx who are upset over a repaving job that they say is taking too long.  

A radius of about 20 neighborhood blocks beginning at Tinton Avenue and 163rd Street, and stretching to 156th Street and Cauldwell Avenue, was stripped for repaving weeks ago, and residents complain they haven’t seen repair crews since.
