THE BRONX - Students at one North Riverdale school had a hand in making a once bare wall come to life.

St. Margaret of Cortona School students put the finishing touches on a rainbow-colored handprint mural that stretches the length of an entire pre-kindergarten hallway.

The parent association also used some of its annual funds to recruit local artist Greg Kirschenbaum to help them brighten up the school's walls.
