NEW BRUNSWICK - A flier posted on campus at Rutgers University offering a reward for a stolen laptop has gone viral.

Thousands have shared an image of the flier in which the owner, a fifth-year graduate student, offers a $1,000 reward for the data off the laptop. The student adds that the alleged thief can even keep the laptop.

The owner says that several years worth of graduate work is on the computer's hard drive, which was allegedly stolen last Friday.
