Stormy weather floods Bronx streets

CO-OP CITY - The Bronx was hit with a round of severe weather as thunderstorms moved through the region today.

The powerful storm that swept through the area left residents running for cover and many flood-prone streets underwater.

The storm, which produced devastating tornadoes in the south, caused massive flooding on Riverdale, Bussing and Edson avenues, and Pelham Parkway.
