WARREN - Today was the first day back to school after the death of a quarterback at a New Jersey high school.

Evan Murray, 17, died Friday night after being injured during a game at the Warren Hills Regional Stadium. The Morris County medical examiner says Murray died from a lacerated spleen.

Murray not only excelled in football, but also in basketball and baseball.

He was the only child of Thomas and Kelly Murray.
