THE BRONX - A study published by the Journal of Experimental Education says too much homework could be making children ill.

The study cites that the average high school student has more than three hours of homework every night, and 56 percent of students in the study said homework is their primary stressor.

The study says common conditions associated with an overload of homework are ulcers, migraines, weight loss and sleep deprivation.

Researchers say the study relied on high school students self-reporting.
