Surveillance video released in E. 182nd gas station shooting

EAST TREMONT - Police have released the surveillance video of the East 182nd Street gas station shooting in hopes it will lead to information on two suspects.

Lamin Sillah was shot multiple times last night at around 9:30 p.m. The surveillance video shows a brief struggle at Sillah's desk before the gun was fired. He was rushed to Saint Barnabas Hospital and pronounced dead.

Officials say the 20-year-old victim had only been working as an attendant at the RC Petroleum gas station for a total of 10 days.

Police are still searching for the two suspects, who made away with an unknown amount of cash.
