THE BRONX - Bronx residents were given the chance to weigh in on a plan to build a soccer stadium in their borough, and most say they support it.

According to a survey handed out at a town hall meeting, three out of every four people in attendance think that the open-air stadium would be a good fit in Concourse Village.

The New York City FC, a new professional soccer team, is looking for a local home, and one proposal would put its stadium on River Avenue, right near Yankee Stadium.

The survey was distributed two weeks ago.
