WEST FARMS - One of the men accused in Monday night's shooting that left three people, including two young girls, wounded in West Farms was arraigned today.

Louis Moore, 23, who turned himself into police on Tuesday, was arraigned on attempted murder charges.  Police say the shooting started over an unpaid loan to buy marijuana, and that the two innocent young girls were caught in the mess.

Meanwhile, a family friend says the youngest victim, 2-year-old Patience Boyd, is still in critical condition at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, but she's expected to be upgraded to stable condition within the next few days. Her older sister has already been released from the hospital.

Moore is expected to testify in front of a grand jury on Sept. 14.  He is currently being held without bail.
