THE BRONX - The five men accused of shooting Bronx teenager Veda Vasquez and another man in 2009 are expected back in court today.

Police say Vasquez was shot Nov. 16 by a gunman on a bike near her Morrisania school. After extensive surgery, the teenager has recovered from her injuries.

Carvette Gentles, Rohan Francis, Clivie Smith, Cleve Smith and Dwayne Taylor are charged with attempted murder. All have pled not guilty.
