NORWOOD - Employees at one school in the borough say the lack of street parking spaces leaves them frustrated every morning.

One side of P.S. 94 in Norwood is where the buses park and also where parents drop off and pick up their kids. Street cleaning rules are in effect on the other side four days a week, making it almost impossible to park anywhere near school grounds.

Valarie Dash has been a teacher at the school for 10 years and says the pleas for more parking spaces have fallen on deaf ears. The Department of Transportation says, "While [the] DOT does not create dedicated teacher parking, the agency works with schools around the city to accommodate busing and other curbside needs. We will review the regulations around the school."

The faculty and staff say they will take any help they can get.
