THE BRONX - A Bronx teenager was formally charged today in the murder of an Air Force veteran from Florida.

Fabian Gonzalez, 21, was visiting family in The Bronx last weekend when he was allegedly shot and killed by Jordan Agosto. According to police, Agosto shot at Gonzalez and his cousin after getting into an altercation with Gonzalez's cousin.

While Agosto's lawyer says his client had nothing to do with Gonzalez's death, the victim's family says Agosto has shown no remorse and belongs in jail. Agosto's next court appearance is June 25.
