THE BRONX - A Bronx teen on the verge of graduating from high school is completing what many are calling a remarkable journey after being hit by a drunken driver.

Tiffany Parker broke her collarbone and fractured her pelvis when she was struck at age 16. Parker, who is now 18, hired a tutor while she recovered and passed her exams from home.
