THE BRONX - A teenage boy is recovering in the hospital after being shot twice in the lobby of his Soundview apartment building. 

Police say the 17-year-old was hit in the chest and leg at 1670 Watson Ave., located in the Sotomayor Houses, at around 9 a.m. 

According to witnesses, the shooting happened after some type of dispute with two other people. Neighbors say the victim is not in school, and is a tattoo artist. 

Detectives say there are no surveillance cameras at the houses, and no suspects at this time.
