THE BRONX - Tenants of an apartment building at 974 Anderson Ave. say they have been without water for five days in a row.

Tenants say that they have been forced to use a building across the street for water.

The Department of Housing Preservation and Development says an inspector recently gave the building a Class C violation and the owner a "short amount" of time to correct them. If the repair work is not done, the department says repairs will be made at the owner's expense.
