MOTT HAVEN - Residents at the Patterson Houses in Mott Haven will be getting their mail delivery back Saturday after complaints they had not been having mail service for three months.

Tenants say a key jam prevented more than 50 apartments from getting any mail. Instead, they have had to go pick up their mail at a post office nine blocks away.

The U.S. Postal Service said locks on the mailboxes have also been vandalized and repaired multiple times. They said they will repair the locks in time for mail delivery to resume Saturday.

News 12 The Bronx received word late Friday afternoon that the locks have been repaired.
