THE BRONX - Tenants forced a meeting Tuesday with a man ranked as one of New York City's worst landlords by the city's Public Advocate.

More than a hundred people filled a room, demanding answers from Ved Parkash.

Tenants say Parkash has not adequately fixed apartments and has neglected multiple properties.

According to a Casa spokesperson, it wasn't until they and 100 tenants tried confronting Parkash at housing court that he eventually agreed to meet with tenants.

After trying to contact him in June through certified mail, Casa says he sent a letter addressing some of the changes he planned to make.

The letter addressed security, repairs and employee relations, but tenants say they haven't seen Parkash make any of the improvements.
