SOUNDVIEW - Soundview tenants, including a Bronx assemblyman, held a rally Monday calling for changes to be made at their apartment complex.

The tenants reside at Lafayette Estates on Story Avenue, which houses around 900 people. Among the residents is Assemblyman Marcos Crespo (D-85th District).

The tenants say their living conditions have gone downhill since E&M Management took over a couple of years ago. Residents have complained of water leaks and bugs, but say the management company has done nothing to address their complaints.

News 12 The Bronx contacted E&M Management, but got no answer. Signs around the building say the office is closed for Passover.
