THE BRONX - Tenants at two apartment buildings on Davidson Avenue say they've been struggling to keep warm the last few days.

Residents at the two buildings, located at 2055 and 2059 Davidson Ave., claim they haven't had heat or hot water since this past weekend. One tenant named Daniel says the temperature inside his apartment was 4 degrees when it was 8 degrees outside.

Tenants got their heat back just minutes before News 12 The Bronx arrived this afternoon, but they say they still have no hot water and that their radiators are pouring out water when turned on.

Prestige Management, who owns the buildings, says it was not notified about the issue until Sunday and that it’s been working on resolving the problem. It also told News 12 The Bronx that hot water would be restored by Tuesday evening.
