THE BRONX - Up to 2,100 Bronx residents were without power for hours this afternoon as severe weather rolled through the area.

Residents near Eastchester Avenue and Fox Terrace say they witnessed two power lines split down the middle.

Con Edison says most residents got their power restored after a few hours.
