THE BRONX - Some Bronx residents are complaining that their Throgs Neck roads were not properly cleared following Thursday's snowstorm.

"They've definitely been really messy," said Andrew O'Grady, regarding the plows. "I haven't really seen that many plows go down here."

The roads remained slushy Thursday evening, and many side streets were still covered in snow.

Residents are advised to watch out for slush and ice during the Friday morning commute.
