BROOKLYN - Several Bronx drivers had their spirits deflated after finding slashed tires in Olinville Tuesday morning.

Residents along Olinville Avenue say that about eight cars had their wheels cut up on the block, near Pelham Parkway. Some car owners tried to make repairs themselves, but will have to look to professionals to fix them.

Many neighbors say they no longer feel safe parking on the street.
