THE BRONX - A toddler was not seriously injured after falling out of a window.

Police say the 3-year-old fell three stories out of an apartment window on Huntington Avenue. This is the second child to fall out of an apartment in a week.

A toddler last week fell off a 23rd-story balcony. He did not survive the fall.

The child was taken to Jacobi Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, according to police.

Neighbors say the toddler is autistic and the window the child fell out of doesn't have guard rails.

Police have not yet released where the parents were when the child fell.
