THE BRONX - Westchester Square business owners are irate at NYPD traffic agents who allegedly park in metered spots meant for customers. "A guy went around four times looking for parking," Pete Hernandez, who owns a business in Westchester Square. "Finally something popped up and he said, 'Next time, I'm going to Home Depot!' It's taking away people."

The NYPD says it has met with local business owners to address their concerns.
