Traffic tie-ups begin to ease near GWB after fuel spill

NEW YORK - (AP) - Traffic conditions are beginning to ease aroundthe George Washington Bridge following an earlier fuel spill.

Once on the bridge, outbound traffic is moving.

Earlier, extremely heavy traffic was reported from the CrossBronx Expressway, Major Deegan and Harlem River Drive.
