THE BRONX - Tenants of the Forest Houses say overflowing Dumpsters is an ongoing problem that has still not been addressed.

News 12 The Bronx has followed the complaints about the trash overload for a year at the Forest Houses. Tenants say whenever the trash is hauled away by the city, the problem reappears because of illegal dumping.

"We may be the poorest congressional district in America, but that doesn't mean we should have garbage dumped on our community," says Assemblyman Eric Stevenson (D-South Bronx).
