Truman athletes grab gold at 2012 Mayor's Cup

BROOKLYN - Truman High School athletes took the spotlight in track and field this weekend, grabbing gold at the 2012 Mayor's Cup.

Michael Hall took off in the long jump, not only landing himself at 21 feet and a quarter of an inch, but also in first place.

Teammate Omari Gordon put himself at the top of the medal podium for shot put after throwing 48 feet 4 inches.
