THE BRONX - Police say a high school football star was fatally stabbed Tuesday after a fight broke out between his father and parking attendants following his graduation.

Isayah Muller, 19, died yesterday, shortly after his graduation from Truman High School. Police say he was headed to a celebratory meal with his family when his father noticed something was missing from their car. They drove back to the parking lot and accused the attendants of stealing.

Police say a fight broke out and Muller was stabbed twice in the chest. He was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police charged the father, Andre Muller, with assault and aggravated assault stemming from the argument in which he allegedly brandished a shovel. He is not accused of stabbing his son.

Police are also questioning two parking attendants.
