THE BRONX - Twin sisters living in The Bronx are making waves in the fashion world right from their own apartment.

Danielle and Chantelle Dwomoh Piper, or the D-Piper twins, design and sew their clothing line inside their Concourse Village home. The dynamic duo credits the area as an influence in their colorful and vibrant style choices.

The sisters, who were born in Ghana, have been featured in magazines and TV shows, including Gossip Girl. The girls have also recently teamed up with famed designer Patricia Field, who is known for her work on the set of Sex and the City.
