MORRIS PARK - Morris Park residents say they are worried about a dangerous crosswalk where the lines cannot be seen on the road.

People say they have made a number of complaints to the Department of Transportation about the unclear crosswalk on Williamsbridge Road, but they say the DOT has done nothing to resolve the issue.

Residents say the crosswalk is dangerous because cars speed in the area and many vehicles pass the crosswalk when pedestrians are trying to cross. Just last week, residents say a pedestrian was hit by a car on the next street over.

News 12 reached out to the DOT, and was told the agency is aware of the issue and is looking into it.
