THE BRONX - An out-of-control van rammed into the front of a Bronxdale home after smashing into several parked cars Thanksgiving morning.

The family at 663 Britton St. was not inside at the time that the vehicle flew down the road at Olinville Avenue, taking down a fence before coming to a stop.

According to neighbors, the driver then fled the scene and left the van behind.

The affected home has been through a lot this year already. The homeowner says it suffered a fire in January and another car hit the front of it back in March.
