BRONX - Bronx residents who park their cars on Jerome Avenue say their cars have been repeatedly broken into by vandals.

The vandals often smash windows and steal objects such as cell phones or radios inside the vehicles. The attacks occur between W. 162nd and E. 168th streets, residents said.

Frustrated residents have asked the police to install surveillance cameras in the area.
