THE BRONX - Bronx residents are flocking to snow-proof their vehicles with a new storm expected to hit Tuesday.

At the Pep Boys on East Tremont Avenue, technicians and mechanics say they're working around the clock. Michael Morales, an employee at the store, says every technician has been mounting about 20 tires a day.

Morales says customers are also asking to have their brakes checked so they can better manage the slippery streets.
