Police have released surveillance video of the vehicle that struck a 50-year-old woman twice in Mott Haven right after she saved a friend’s life.

According to authorities, the victim was crossing Bruckner Boulevard and East 138th Street at around 1 p.m. Monday when she was struck by a car making a U-turn at the intersection.
