THE BRONX - The NYPD is trying to track down two men who it says snatched away a woman's phone.

Police released surveillance video from the scene, which happened on Creston Avenue, near East 182nd Street, back on March 18.

According to investigators, the suspects followed the 28-year-old victim and grabbed an iPhone 6 right out of her hand. They're believed to be between 16 and 20 years old, and one was wearing an Army fatigue jacket with an American flag on the back.
