THE BRONX

A warrant has been issued for the owner of two pit bulls who viciously mauled a man.

Cynthia Oliver was a no-show at court to answer for the near-deadly attack. Authorities say Oliver's two pit bulls mauled Francesco Bove, 62, in Belmont in September, ripping off part of his ear and biting him in other parts of his body.

Oliver pleaded guilty to second-degree assault and was required to complete a treatment program.
