THE BRONX - Residents in the Butler Houses on Webster Avenue say they have not had any running water for more than a week and they are upset.

More than 50 families have no water in their homes. Residents have been using water from a fire hydrant pump located outside. This morning, residents were able to get limited use of running water and will have low-pressure water sporadically, according to the New York City Housing Authority.

NYCHA says it is working on fixing a portion of the fire standpipe system to get water back to residents. The full repair could take up to 20 days.
